Need a little green in your day? Try blending your favorite greens into this green smoothie and you’ll be amazed at how delicious this green drink really is! This smoothie has so many powerful nutrients that will not only supercharge your day, but help detox your cells and revitalize your body.
Benefits of this drink
Chamomile Tea: It supports wound healing, is an antioxidant, antibacterial. It is also know to help provide stress relief, promote relaxation and reduce muscle spasms, as well as support digestive health, supports restful sleep and healthy skin.
Granny Smith Apple: It is high in antioxidants, high in potassium which helps with cardiovascular health, anxiety and nervous system. It is in high fiber which helps you to stay full longer and helps to control blood sugar.
Lemon: It has immune boosting properties, balances pH in your body, flushes out toxins and helps to dissolve uric acid in body that can create joint pain and inflammation. It is also known to help to promote stress reducing effects.
Parsley: It is high in antioxidants, especially Vitamin C to help with free radicals, immune boosting support, cardiovascular support, helps to control blood pressure, and helps support weight loss.

Detoxifying Green Smoothie Recipe
1 cup of chamomile tea, cooled, or your favorite tea
1 Granny Smith Apple, cut up
1/2 lemon, peeled
1 big handful of parsley
1 big handful of cilantro
1 big handful of your favorite leafy green, I used spinach
1 inch fresh ginger
1 inch fresh turmeric
2 tsp bee pollen
Place all ingredients in a blender or Nutri-Bullet, blend and enjoy!!!
